Yeah... a bit late, but finally i've joned the iPod bandwagon.
Personally I never really liked the idea of a personal mp3 player with tight integration with a particular software product. I'd prefer putting my own mp3s to the USB device, crating playlists on the device and I'd be happy about it. I bought the iPod nano for its size, and its rechargability, and of course, I fell in love with the looks. For 2006, they are definitely sharp. The biggest flaw was that i could not have total control over the mp3s, but it did let me use it as a USB mass storage device.
Two weeks later, I got a message that I had unused icons on my desktop. My trusty old winamp ? Could'nt believe it. but then i realized, nowadays I exclusively use iTunes, I sync my playlists and I'm happy about it.. Wow ! Winamp... could'nt believe it. With a bit of guilt I relaized, iTunes was good. really good. It not just plays songs, but it did actually made life easier with its sync with my iPod. Thumbs Up !
So I too am on the accessory lookout like anybody else... sa these cool clips on youtube...
And heres whats probably going on at the Microsoft camp...
